After many hours of negotiations – or maybe it was just an email or two – we’ve picked a time and place for our first meeting:
When: Saturday August 14, 2010 at 2:00 pm
Where: Starbucks, 3706 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN
This first meeting will be very informal. We’ll get to know each other a bit and talk about our ideas and goals for the Blender group. See you there!

I’ll be there and, as I already mentioned to Jeremy, I should be easy to spot: I’ll probably be the only guy there wearing an Ubuntu cap.

I won’t be able to make it this time. I have to work. It’s great to see Nashville will have a Blender User Group. I have used Blender for several years and I still have much to learn. A lot of my college students use Blender and I try to incorporate it in the classroom when I can.

Hello every one.I have a Question.Im 14 and ive been using blender for about a year and a half and i really plan on becoming a game designer in the future.big hopes,i know.but would a 14 year old be aloud to meet at this event?
